The SGI exhibition "From a Culture of Violence to a Culture of Peace: Transforming the Human Spirit" (THS) was on display at Mexico's National Polytechnic Institute's (IPN) School of Medicine from December 1-15.

The opening ceremony took place on December 1, in conjunction with a conference with Mexico's Ministry of Health at the School and was officiated by Health Minister José Angel Cordova Villalobos, IPN General Director Yoloxóchitl Bustamante Díez and SGI-Mexico General Director Roberto Ríos.

Upon viewing the exhibition, Rosa Amelia Bobadilla, dean of the School of Medicine, commented that it provides people an opportunity to "reflect about how we, as individuals, can contribute to peace affairs."

This marks the fifth showing of THS in Mexico, since its first showing last April at the Mexico National Autonomous University's Science Museum.
