From June 1-11, 2010, SGI-Argentina youth members organized the showing of the SGI and Earth Charter's joint initiative exhibition "Seeds of Change: The Earth Charter and Human Potential" in Allen, Rio Negro, Argentina, in conjunction with the city's 100th anniversary.

On the exhibition's opening day, guests included José Luis Ulloa Larenas, Allen City council president and Monica Skop, department head of the city's office for Culture and Tourism.

After viewing the exhibition, Ms. Skop commended the SGI youth for their work in promoting a culture of peace and in giving hope to many.

From May 31 to June 13, SGI-Argentina youth from the city of San Rafael, in the state of Mendoza, Argentina, displayed the exhibition "From a Culture of Violence to a Culture of Peace: Transforming the Human Spirit" at the city's museum of art.

Reflecting a spirit of youth taking the lead in the world peace movement, on the last day of the exhibition, the SGI-Argentina young men's group gathered at the SGI-Argentina Culture Center in Buenos Aires for a leadership training session. Similarly, the young women's group met on June 4 at the center for a commemorative meeting. Approximately 200 attended.
