"Building a Culture of Peace for the Children of the World" Exhibition Held in La Paz, Bolivia

From October 4-18, 2008, SGI's exhibition "Building a Culture of Peace for the Children of the World" was shown at the Franz Tamayo University in La Paz, Bolivia. La Paz City Youth Protection Department Director Antonio Gira, Franz Tamayo University Board Member Celsa Nogales and Vice Chancellor Saúl Canelas attended the opening together with local junior high and high school students. Many SGI-Bolivia youth members volunteered to help prepare for the event. Vice Chancellor Canelas expressed his appreciation for the SGI's contributions to building a culture of peace based on humanism and hoped that the exhibition will help create a society where each individual is respected and children can enjoy peace and happiness.
