SGI-Hong Kong Contributes Money for Relief Efforts in China

On February 4, 2008, SGI-Hong Kong General Director Lee Kong Sau visited the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to donate HK$200,000 (approximately 2.8 million yen), in the wake of severe damage to parts of central and southern China resulting from heavy snowfalls since January. The power supply interruptions and paralyzed traffic have affected more that 100 million people in those regions.
