SGI-Togo Appoints New Leaders

On April 1, SGI-Togo held a general meeting in Lomé attended by some 600 members from as far away as Burkina Faso, Ghana, Nigeria, Benin and Mali. Some members traveled for three days by car to attend the meeting.

Former SGI-Togo General Director Ida Gbodossou-Adjevi was appointed SGI-Togo Chair and Blaise Agbozo became SGI-Togo General Director. New youth leadership appointments were also made.

Mr. Agbozo stressed the valuable role youth play in providing hope for the future and encouraged participants to make steady efforts together to promote peace and work for the happiness of the people of Togo.
