SGI Members in Thailand Respond in Aftermath of Floods
In the aftermath of the large-scale floods that devastated Thailand in the latter half of 2011, SGI members in Thailand have been working together with people in the community to help restore the affected areas and support those in need. In Ayutthaya province, where flood waters exceeded two meters, SGI members used their center as a distribution point for emergency relief supplies. Recently, the members have held their first SGI district meetings since the flood in Ayutthaya city and in the town of Chainat.
