SGI-Argentina Opens New Center in Buenos Aires

On October 6, 2009, SGI-Argentina's South Community Center opened in Temperley, Buenos Aires, Argentina. SGI-Argentina members celebrated the opening of the center which is anticipated to become a center of activities for members living in Southern Argentina.

Many distinguished guests participated in the opening ceremony, including former Vice Rector of Argentina's National University of Lomas de Zamora, Pedro Bautista Tomá. SGI General Director Yoshitaka Oba also attended and participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Marking this fresh start, SGI-Argentina General Director Yo Minagawa encouraged members to raise and nurture capable youth for the future.
