On March 17, SGI organized a panel discussion on women’s leadership to coincide with the 59th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) held in New York from March 9-20. The theme of the event “Living Women’s Leadership, Living Global Citizenship– Strengthening the Beijing Platform for Action (BPfA)” marked the 20th anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing in 1995.
