Taiwan Soka Association's (TSA) Jingyang Arts and Culture Center located in Douliu City, Yunlin County, has been designated an extramural educational center for educational institutes by the Yunlin county government.

In a letter addressed to TSA dated April 20, Yunlin Magistrate Su Chih-fen informed TSA of the designation, stating, "Taiwan Soka Association, a humanistic organization dedicated to peace, culture and education, founded the Jingyang Arts and Culture Center with the aim of contributing to the harmonious development of the community." Magistrate Su further commended TSA's efforts to promote interest and research into the achievements and influence of artists of Chinese ethnicity primarily based in Taiwan through exhibitions such as "Tracing our Cultural Legacy: 100 Years of Art History in Taiwan." This exhibition series has proved to be a valuable educational resource for schools and students.

The Jingyang Arts and Culture Center was established in 2001 with the purpose of promoting arts and culture within society, especially at the grassroots level. The center is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30 am to 5 pm. All exhibitions are free of charge.
