On January 6, SGI-Bolivia members held a leaders training course at the SGI-Bolivia Culture Center in Santa Cruz. Participants studied SGI President Ikeda's writings and reconfirmed their vow to challenge their own personal human revolution and become people who can contribute to the betterment of society.

SGI-Bolivia has been active in promoting women's rights and the role of women in advancing peace since the setting up of its Women's Peace Committee in 1996. The exhibition "A Century of Women: Homage to Women of Bolivia and the World" created by SGI-Bolivia was shown in October 2012 at the Cobija City Council.
