| Student Division Sponsors Lecture on Global Citizenship |

| Professor Mizuguchi addresses audience |
On April 13, the Soka Gakkai Student Division sponsored its third lecture in a series at the Josei Toda International Center in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo. Assistant Professor Akira Mizuguchi of Keiai University, Chiba Prefecture, spoke on "Global Citizens: Dialogue with the Islamic Civilization (tentative translation)." Mr. Mizuguchi stressed that now is the time for us to have a global view, beyond the framework of national boundaries. He emphasized the need to reconsider conflicts in the Middle East and terrorism as our immediate problems and to create a solidarity among people who actively conduct "open dialogues."
